There has been some FUD around our newly launched terracasino. The story isn’t long but we would like to provide a lot of screenshots as evidence, we felt tweets can’t make it a complete story as it’s split into pieces.

Owl.games, the signature casino of OwlDAO, is licensed in Curacao, the license can be checked by entering owl.games official website and click on the footer. Do not use brave browser, the built-in ads blocker will block it.
The validation link is generated real time and time sensitive. So there is no permanent link to it.
Compliance: A Fight against RugPull
We have been inquired by many pre-launch or new launch who wish to establish a casino using our software and claim as their own to issue NFT or token. We do not work this them.
Why? It’s simple. It can cost as low as $1500 to build a casino with us within a week, but if you want to build a legit casino from the beginning, it takes more than 100k or even more and at least half a year for the license. Also you need another half a year connecting with different kinds of 3rd game providers, signing contracts with them, pass their compliance check. Overall, building a casino should be costy in terms of time and money.
OwlDAO made it easy for Web 3 communities to launch casinos easily, not to earn the setup fees, but we see ourselves as dedicated software provider and we’d love to work with TRUSTABLE community to expand our markets reach.
We do not work with random people, who simply want to get a concrete casino by paying a little bit money, and intend to use it as something of their own to issue tokens or NFTs as rugpull. This won’t bring us any marketing impact, but just hurt our names.
What kind of projects we’d love to work with?
We work with big community who has their own tokens and ecosystem: casino would be a PLUS for their current existing business and ecosystem. This would put us on the safe side of legal and protect ourselves from being involved potential in rugpull.

Those who just want launch a casino by issuing tokens and NFTs and want to use casino as their main business, basically, we do not lease our casino software nor license for others to back their story.
We want to earn honest money by providing software, and we want our partner to be honest, trustable, and influential enough to bring volume to our casinos.
Long Story Short
LuncWIN lied to both Rexyz and OwlDAO in order to benefit to get a casino solution from OwlDAO.
He tried to trick Rexyz to vouch for terracasino.money without telling Rexyz the truth.
He lied to us about how he works with Vegas from Terra Rebels and Rexyz.

At this point, we try to be careful and polite not to call these guys ‘scammers’.
As we described above, we have BD team searching for potential qualified partners.
Oct 30th, 2022
Our BD Howl informed us to join a partnership group with LuncWin, told us that he is from Terra Rebels and it’s huge on Terra Classic network.
Bearing that impression we joined the group. Howl told us LuncWin wants to start with the lowest $1500 plan to build a casino and already paid $1500 BUSD to our wallet.
The same day, we took some time setting up cloudflare for his domain, which is terracasino.money.
Nov 1st, 2022
We tried to confirm that he is from Terra Rebels as Howl told us so. So we asked for referrals from Terra Rebels. Things got fishy starting from this point.
Basically, he claimed he is influential. He knows a lot of big names on Terra Classic. But he can’t ask them to prove what he said.
We felt fishy so we offered to refund. We want to explain to him we only work with QUALIFIED community but he refused to understand. Or he pretended he can’t understand. He ignored our question, which community does he represent? Saying he represents LUNC community. At this point we think he is a scammer.
He also claimed he has connection with Vegas and LUNCDAO.
He said Vegas would back him up with AMA.
And he firstly mentioned Rexyz in the conversation as one of his connections.
He claimed that he wants to issue tokens with terracasino.money, which raised alerts even more.
So we are sure that he might just be nobody, talking big and tried to get a casino for issuing tokens. He can’t prove any of the connections he mentioned.
Nov 2nd, 2022 — We officially notified him that we can’t work with him.
Nov 3rd, 2022 — We sent his refund.
At this point we think he still might be connected to some of the big names so we offered him referral if he can introduce the big names to work with us.
Nov 4th and Nov 5th
After we rejected to work with him, he spammed in the group with false logic claiming he is someone.
He asked for a demo site saying that he wants to show to Vegas. But we kind confirmed he is a scammer so we did not reply actively.
He also tried to DM Owen but we just can’t work with him.
He left the group on Nov 8th, 2022. But via DM he asked Owen from our team for a demo site on Nov 11th.
According to Howl, he provided terracasino.io (our terra site) to him as demo.
And until today (Nov 20th, 2022) we are notified that he branded that site as his own product and approached people.
OwlDAO X Rexyz Side
Nov 17th, 2022, Howl told me that Rexyz agreed to talk initially with us for potential partnerships.
We joined the discord group with Rexyz’s team. This is also the very first time I talked to Rexyz.
A sharp contrast to Luncwin, Rexyz is very logic. He asked B) why you need our permission to operate a casino that uses LUNC and we got confused.
After later clarifications from both side, it turns out that LuncWin guy showed Rexyz our terracasino.io as his own product from the tweet he sent and asked Rexyz to support it by sending OwlDAO an email. LuncWin just wanted to tricked Rexyz to help him pass the OwlDAO compliance for his terracasino.money without telling Rexyz the whole story.
Also Rexyz told us he is NOT familiar with LuncWin guy at all. And he did not heard from him a lot inside LUNC community.
We did promise that we can pay LuncWin referral for connecting us. But use OwlDAO’s casino as his own to impress people to get a deal is not called a referral for OWLDAO. But a dishonest lie to both OwlDAO and Rexyz.
Also that promise is based on the assumption that he (LuncWIN) is someone influential within LUNC classic community.
What he meant is he tried to cheat Rexyz to send us an email saying he would support terracasino.money hoping we can still build a casino for terracasino.money.
He lied to Rexyz regarding he owned a casino.
He lied to OwlDAO regarding he is influential and work with Rexyz and Vegas from Terra Rebels.
Referral means
“Hey Rexyz, I know OwlDAO wants to run a casino on Terra Classic, do you want to work with them? I can help connect.”
Does NOT means
“Hey Rexyz, I have a casino, (show OwlDAO’s casino pretending to be his), can you send an email for me to show you can support my casino?”
After our talk with Rexyz, we learnt that there is a rugpull project of LuncBet that rugged millions of money from Terra Classic.
We felt lucky that both OwlDAO and Rexyz smelt the scam in time, we prevented being taken advantage of and potentially rug pull of the community.
OwlDAO reached a partnership with Rexyz after 2 days’ of negotiation including legal issue, using casino profits to burn #LUNC, help support #LUNC community by listing community tokens etc. Rexyz agreed to serve as a marketing partner for our terracasino.io.
Terracasino.io burns for #LUNC
After the fud and incident of LUNCWIN and Terracasino.money, we felt lucky that we choose to work with Rexyz and we insisted on our compliance terms despite the big talks we were promised.
Terracasino.io will burn 0.2% of betting volume for all tokens and we are going to launch that very soon before Dec 1st 2022. Stay tuned.
